Frequently Asked Questions
General Information
Q: What age group is your play space for?
A: Our play space is thoughtfully designed for children ages 0–9, featuring activities and equipment that support every stage of early development. We also plan to host separate play sessions and special events for older kids, ensuring fun and engaging experiences for all ages.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We will be located at The Shops of 393 in Santa Rosa Beach. Currently planning to open February 2026!
Q: Do I need to book in advance?
A: To make check-in a breeze and ensure your child gets the most out of their play session, we kindly ask that all play sessions be booked online in advance. Walk-ins are not guaranteed and may experience delays — booking ahead means more time for fun and less time at the front desk!
Q: How long is a play session?
A: Play sessions are one-hour each.
Q: What are session costs?
A: Play session costs and membership plans coming soon.
Q: Can I leave my child to play while I run errands?
A: For safety reasons, a parent or caregiver must remain on site. We look forward to eventually offering Play & Relax passes. Stay tuned for more details.
Q: What types of activities do you offer?
A: At The Play Studio, every corner is designed to spark imagination, encourage movement, and help kids develop important skills—while having a blast!
