Q: What age group is your play space for?
A: Our full-scale services will eventually cater to children ages 0–9. For full transparency during our soft launch phase, our current play experiences are best suited for children up to age 6, with a strong emphasis on imaginative play. As we continue to grow and add more features, we look forward to expanding the experience to fully accommodate the entire 0–9 age range.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We will be located at The Shops of 393 in Santa Rosa Beach. Our address is 3214 US Hwy 98 West, Unit 404 Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459
Q: Do I need to book in advance?
A: To make check-in a breeze and ensure your child gets the most out of their play session, we kindly ask that all play sessions be booked online in advance. Walk-ins are absolutely welcomed however are not guaranteed and may experience delays — booking ahead means more time for fun and less time at the front desk!
Q: How long is a play session?
A: Play sessions are one-hour each.
Q: Are socks required?
A: Socks are required for adults. Grip socks are required for all children.
Q: Can I leave my child to play while I run errands?
A: For safety reasons, a parent or caregiver must remain on site. Parental supervision is required at all times.
Pricing Information
Q: How much does it cost to play?
A: During our soft launch, each play session is $15/hr for children 1+ and $10/hr for children under one.
Q: Do you offer memberships or multi-visit passes?
A: Yes! We offer monthly memberships. Memberships are available for presale during our soft launch period. Memberships will be activated at our full-scale Grand Opening once all membership benefits are available.
Q: Are there discounts for siblings?
A: Additional siblings are $10/hr each.

Rules & Safety
Q: Do children need to wear socks?
A: Yes! Socks with grips are required for children and regular socks are required adults. We have socks available for purchase if you forget yours.
Q: How do you keep the play space clean?
A: We sanitize high-touch areas between every session and do a full deep-clean daily.
Q: Is the play space safe for infants?
A: Yes! We have a separate soft play zone for our tiniest guests.
