TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through The Play Studio, including play sessions, memberships, classes, events, parties, gift cards, and digital products. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:
1. General Purchase Terms

All purchases made through The Play Studio (online or in-person) are final.

Purchases may not be transferred to another family unless specifically stated.

Prices, policies, and offerings are subject to change at any time.
2. Play Session Purchases

Play sessions are sold in 1-hour increments.

Play time begins at the scheduled or check-in time, whichever comes first.

Missed or unused time is non-refundable and cannot be credited or transferred.

Children must comply with all studio rules and safety policies; violating safety rules may result in early removal without refund.
3. Membership Purchases
Black Friday Memberships

After purchasing during the Black Friday sale, families will receive a digital membership product via email.

This must be shown at the family’s first visit to activate the membership.
Activation of Memberships -
The 30-day membership period begins on the date of the first visit (not the purchase date).

Near the end of the 30 days, families will receive an email reminder prompting them to set up recurring billing if they wish to continue their membership.
Ongoing Membership
-
Recurring memberships do not auto-renew until the family opts in after the initial 30-day period.

Membership benefits apply only to the children listed on the membership.

Included play hours are valid only within the 30-day cycle and do not roll over.

Discounts on classes, events, parties, and additional play time apply only to active members at time of purchase.
Founding Member Terms -
The first 30 members to enroll receive Founding Member status and locked-in Black Friday pricing for as long as their membership remains active.

If a Founding Member cancels, their Founding Member pricing and status are forfeited permanently.
4. Play Bundles and Promotions

Play bundles (including Black Friday 4-hour bundles) are non-refundable.

Hours purchased through bundles expire 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.

Bundles cannot be shared across families or split among multiple children unless specified.
5. Classes, Camps, and Special Events

Class and event fees are non-refundable.

If a family is unable to attend, Play Studio may offer a reschedule or credit at its discretion.

Classes may be canceled or rescheduled due to low enrollment, weather, or other circumstances. In these cases, families will receive a credit or refund.
6. Birthday Parties & Private Events

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party or private event.
-
Remaining balances must be paid by the due date listed in the event agreement.

Party bookings may not exceed the maximum guest count associated with the package.
-
Damage to equipment or excessive mess may result in an additional fee.
7. Gift Cards & Digital Products
-
Gift cards and digital products are non-refundable.
-
Digital membership products must be presented during the first visit to activate benefits.
-
Lost gift cards cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.
8. Waivers & Safety

All adults must sign a liability waiver before their child participates.

Families agree to follow all Play Studio safety rules.
-
The Play Studio may refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.
9. Photography & Media
-
The Play Studio occasionally photographs or films activities for marketing purposes.

If you prefer your child not be photographed, please notify staff at check-in.

Families may take photos of their own children only.

RULES & REGULATIONS
A safe, clean, and joyful play space for every family.
GENERAL POLICIES
All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while inside the studio.
Grippy, non-slip socks are required for both children and adults in all play areas. (Available for purchase at check-in.)
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside play zones; light snacks and drinks may be enjoyed in the café area.
Please maintain a respectful environment: be kind, take turns, and share toys.
The Play Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Safety Guidelines
Equipment must be used as intended and within posted age guidelines.
Rough play, pushing, climbing on furniture, or unsafe behavior may result in early removal without refund.
Shoes, sharp objects, choking hazards, and unsafe items are not permitted inside any play structures.
The infant/crawler corner is reserved for children 0–1 years old with their caregiver present.
Health & Cleanliness
Children showing signs of illness (fever, vomiting, rash, cough, etc.) may not enter the play space.
Please use hand sanitizer stations before and after play.
All diaper changes must take place in the designated changing areas inside the restrooms.
Session & Membership Policies

Photography & Media
The Play Studio may capture photos or videos for marketing purposes. If you prefer your child not be photographed, please let a staff member know at check-in.
