Membership Rules
After purchasing a membership, customers will receive a digital membership product via email. • This digital product must be presented to Play Studio staff during the customer’s first visit to activate the membership. • The 30-day membership period begins on the day of the customer’s first visit. • Near the end of the 30-day period, families will receive an email reminder prompting them to set up recurring monthly payments if they wish to continue their membership. • If the family does not set up recurring payments, the membership will simply expire at the end of the 30 days. • Membership benefits apply only to the children listed on the membership. • Included play hours are valid for the 30-day period and do not roll over. • Membership hours cannot be shared across families or transferred. • Discounts (classes, events, parties, extra play time) apply only to active members and must be used at the time of purchase.
